Great And Honest Service! Our Genie carriage and control board failed after 5 years and had Shawn come out and look at it. He tried to help us save money, even though we told him cost wasn’t our priority, and used an old part that he had. After a successful install, it highlighted that we had other problems.
We ended up installing a brand new unit and it runs flawlessly. Also, all the wires are tucked neatly away. More importantly, while the unit we purchased was fairly quiet, he also did a tune-up of the garage door itself, which made the overall door SUPER quiet.
Very pleased with the service and will call him again for future maintenance. Only recommendation is that he could probably have someone to assist him with the easier parts of the install and maintenance, which would probably allow him more speed and quality, as he seemed to have a lot of waiting customers calling for him.

I was very satisfied with the service Shawn Parsons provided in replacing the springs on my garage door. I was able to schedule an appointment with him quickly, and he was able to also troubleshoot some other issues with my opener that had not been professionally installed. A friend had come to help me move clutter out of the way so that the area was clear to work, and she was so impressed with Mr. Parsons that she also asked if he could fix her garage door. Shawn made time to work her into his schedule and he made two happy campers today who will call him for any future needs and gladly recommend him to others! Thank you!! – JoAnn K.
